Ursuline Academy hired Sgarzi Associates to develop a program and preliminary design for a new sports and recreation facility. The new building would include a competition gymnasium, a fitness and weight room, a multi-purpose dance studio, locker rooms, sport medicine and athletic offices. The study included an adaptive reuse solution to transform the existing gymnasium into a new performing arts theatre.
