While with Genesis Planners, Chris Sgarzi assisted the North Shore Spirit professional baseball team with improvements to their existing stadium—creating an environment that has enabled the team to become an exciting local attraction.

Scope of work included stadium upgrades for seating, field improvements, a scoreboard, scorer's area, and party deck. Pre-fabricated structures were used for locker rooms, team offices, public restrooms, and full-service concessions stands.
