PHILLIPS EXETER ACADEMY | Exeter, NH

Sgarzi Associates worked with Cutler Associates to study design alternatives for a new field house on the Philips Exeter Academy campus. The design included a 200-meter indoor track and accommodations for all of the indoor field events, as well as a link to existing athletic facilities. Phasing and a complete cost estimate was included with the work, which proposed a design-build delivery method.
