While with Sasaki Associates, Chris Sgarzi was the project manager for the new Tinsley Athletic Center that opened in 2002 at Bridgewater State College.  The 84,000sf facility includes a competition arena for the Division III basketball and volleyball programs as well as a field house (cage) portion for practicing outdoor sports indoors. 

Situated with views of the outdoor sport venues, the building also includes a 9,000sf fitness and weightlifting center, administrative offices, team locker rooms, sport medicine office, an elevated jogging track and academic classrooms to support the Movement Arts, Health Promotion and Leisure Studies programs.
