BCL Premier Sports selected Sgarzi Associates to design a series of sports facilities that establish an exciting new prototype for playing facilities--full-scale, all-weather professional-grade indoor/outdoor sports centers for serious athletes and health conscious amateurs and their families.

The Bridgewater facility is over 270,000sf and features two full-sized indoor soccer fields, a gymnasium with three basketball courts, and tenants that provide batting cage instruction and specialized fitness, athletic and rehabilitation training. A ropes course and climbing wall combined with available conference room space and food service provides various degrees of team building opportunities for clients of all types.

The primary soccer fields are located a half-level below the entry level and additional balcony viewing areas offer views across all of the playing surfaces. The complex also includes two full-sized outdoor soccer fields along with a full-sized and a Little-League-sized baseball diamond, all with synthetic infill turf and lights for extended hours and seasons of play.
