BCL Premier Sports selected Sgarzi Associates to design a series of sports facilities that establish an exciting new prototype for playing facilities—full-scale, all-weather professional-grade indoor/outdoor sports centers for serious athletes and health conscious amateurs and their families.

The Bellingham facility is over 260,000sf and features two full-sized indoor soccer fields, a gymnasium with three basketball courts, and a tenant that provides specialized fitness, athletic and rehabilitation training. A ropes course and climbing wall combined with available conference room space and food service provides various degrees of team building opportunities for clients of all types.

The building offers a unique mezzanine which overlooks all of the playing venues and unites the facility with its openness and views that connect all of the activity spaces. The complex also includes six full-sized outdoor soccer fields with synthetic infill turf and lights for extended hours and seasons of play.
