LOYOLA COLLEGE IN MARYLAND | Baltimore, MD

Loyola College in Maryland hired Sgarzi Associates to renovate office space into a residential suite in Newman Hall.  The new design creatively utilized the existing building limitations to create a much coveted single-sex suite with a common lounge and bath, complete with separate accommodations for a Resident Advisor.
