LOYOLA COLLEGE IN MARYLAND | Baltimore, MD

Loyola College in Maryland hired Sgarzi Associates to work with Student Life staff, Resident Advisors and students to redesign the lounge space in Newman Hall, an undergraduate high rise residence hall with two towers.

The new design enhances the large volume space as a dynamic meeting place where residents can relax, socialize and reinforce relationships on campus. The space accommodates game tables, large television monitors with video game stations and lounge seating.
