Bridgewater State College (BSC) hired Sgarzi Associates to study the existing residential-style Alumni Center building on campus to develop a program and a preliminary design for expansion and reorganization. The process included neighborhood reviews, collaboration with the many user groups on campus, and development of a cost estimate.
