While with Genesis Planners, Chris Sgarzi conducted a feasibility study of the Loyola College Center Middle. The objective was to determine best use for vacated space within the Center, for which four groups contended.

A collaborative approach determined each group's building program needs; these were assessed along with existing conditions, architectural options, and structural and mechanical code analyses. The final study recommended a design approach and included cost estimates and timelines.
